At Fireflies, we believe that true well-being starts from within. That’s why we created Illumina-T, an emotional education program specially designed for teenagers ages 13 to 18, to support them through one of the most challenging and defining moments of their lives: adolescence.
More than just a course, Illumina-T is a journey of reconnection — with themselves and their purpose.
We follow a clear philosophy: you must first BE, in order to then DO and HAVE. At the heart of it all, a powerful truth: language creates reality. That’s why we help teenagers discover and express their emotional language, understanding that those who live between two languages and cultures also carry a richer, deeper, and more complex inner world.
To be, to do, to have… in that order.

Through a carefully structured 8-week journey, teenagers explore what they feel, think, dream, and experience.
