✨ 5 to 8 years old: 9:00 – 11:00 AM
✨ 9 to 13 years old: 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM

This Spring, Fireflies presents a Special Program designed to help children develop their emotional intelligence in an interactive and engaging way. Over three days, kids will explore their emotions through:

🧘 Yoga & meditation to connect with their inner well-being.
🎶 Music & dance to express emotions freely.
🎨 Drawing & painting as creative tools for self-expression.
🎭 Games & dynamic activities to foster self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Identifying and managing emotions.
• How the brain connects to our emotions.
• Practical tips for improving emotional well-being at home.
• The importance of nutrition, sports, and emotional education in daily life.
• Self-love and tools to strengthen self-esteem.
