Expresa-T is an emotional education program designed for small groups where children and teens learn to recognize, understand, and express emotions in healthy ways. Through engaging and creative activities, students develop emotional intelligence, empathy, and social skills — all while having fun!

Teen Group Sessions
Empowering teens to build stronger self-esteem and resilience
The Teen Circle is a supportive space inspired by the “Expresa-T” methodology, specially adapted to address the everyday realities and challenges of adolescence. Through dynamic group sessions, teenagers share their experiences in a safe and confidential environment while building essential emotional intelligence skills. Together, they learn practical tools to manage anger, frustration, and anxiety, while tackling crucial topics like bullying and healthy peer relationships

Program Structure
Registration Fee: $50 one-time payment/ Program
Duration: Every Monday or Wednesday
Kids --> 4:00 – 5:30 pm
Junior --> 5:30 – 7:00 pm
Teenagers (Teen Circle) --> 7:00 – 8:30 pm
Format: 1:30 min sessions, maximum of 10 students per group
Price: $135/month (36 sessions/year)
Enrollment & Tuition
This is an annual program billed through equal monthly payments. Tuition is not adjusted for holidays, scheduled breaks, or Fireflies closure periods. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full policy details.
